Home again. Home again.

Our quick trip to Texas is now over. We drove back today. For those of you who think that maybe that was a typing error, I assure you, it is not. We drove 8 hours back home. We spent more time in the car travelling the last 2 days than we actually were in Texas! The kids overall, are really great travellers. However, at some point, everybody is over being in the car. We decided we would haul it home and go straight to the pool and let the kids burn off some energy. Of course we weren't there 30 minutes before it started thundering and lightning. Par for the course for today evidently. So...we are home. It is always so good to be home. The kids are bathed. Many apologies have been said for not being kind to one another (including mommy and daddy:). We have hugged and kissed them and let them run around the house a little more. Now my friends, it is bedtime, and I am checking out!
