Christmas Eve

Today while at church a recently discharged from the hospital man came through the door. He had no food, no home, and nothing but his clothes on his back and his bike. He was in need of mercy. And all I could think about was our Savior being thrust into humanity with much of the same likeness not being one who wanted mercy but the one who would give it. I love Christmas and I love all the things that get everyone excited, but I am so thankful to be able to give and receive mercy this day and every other day of my life. Thank you Lord for sending us a Savior...I needed, need, and will need Him forever! Merry Christmas.

PS Special thanks to all who participated in the Christmas Blessing. It was another huge success!
